The 3Dn-300 is a high-precision, multi-functional additive manufacturing system designed for direct digital manufacturing. It combines multiple tool heads for 3D printing, micro-dispensing, milling, and hybrid manufacturing, enabling the production of complex, functional parts in a single setup.
Function:
The 3Dn-300 integrates material extrusion (FDM), micro-dispensing and micro-milling capabilities on a single motion platform. It supports multi-material builds, electronic component integration and precision surface finishing.
Available tool heads:
- SmartPump™: high-precision micro-dispensing for inks, pastes, and functional materials (down to 20 µm lines)
- nFD™: fused deposition modeling (FDM) for thermoplastic filaments
- nMill™: micro-milling for fine surface features and subtractive finishing
Available filaments (FDM):
ABS, PLA, PVA, Nylon, TPU
Available nozzles (inner diameter):
25 µm, 50 µm, 100 µm, 125 µm, 200 µm, 350 µm
Note: Nozzles are interchangeable between the nFD and SmartPump heads, providing flexibility for both extrusion and dispensing processes.
Build platform:
- Heated bed for improved adhesion
- Vacuum bed for secure part holding
