The FLS1000 is a modular system for acquiring steady-state photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra in the UV-VIS-NIR spectral range with single photon counting sensitivity.

Uses: standard photoluminescence (PL) in excitation and emission modes, PL quantum yield, Electroluminescence (EL) and EL quantum yield (requires external voltage source). Measurements on thin films, powders or solution-based samples. Fully computer controlled.
