The NanoOne 250 by UpNano is a high-resolution 3D printer based on two-photon polymerization (2PP) technology, enabling the fabrication of micro- and nanoscale structures with exceptional precision and speed.
Function:
Using femtosecond laser pulses and two-photon absorption, the NanoOne 250 polymerizes photosensitive resins at extremely fine resolutions, allowing for the creation of complex 3D structures down to sub-micron detail.
Available Resins:
- UpPhoto: general purpose and high performance resin
- UpBrix: refractive index matched resin for ultra-high resolution applications
- UpOpto: optically transparent resin for photonic and micro-optical applications
- OrmoComp: hybrid organic-inorganic resin, ideal for biocompatible and medical-grade components
Note: Users may bring their own resin, but its use must be approved by facility staff in advance to ensure compatibility and safety.
