DektakXT

The DektakXT is a profilometer. It measures step heights, surface roughness, etc by means of a stylus in contact with the measured surface. The DektakXT is a very sensitive tool and a license will only be given to users with a long experience of the Dektak 150.

The sample stage is manual and the maximum scan length is 55 mm. The result can be presented as a curve for one scan. 

Stylus with different radii are available.

It is also possible to do stress measurements.
